Pastor Dicks serves as the Senior Pastor/Founder of this congregation and it is his firm belief and mission that God has sent him into this world to build bold and balanced believers! As well as being a father of three and the husband of one, Pastor Dicks serves as the founder of a para-church organization called Transformed Nation and also as a Senior Marketing Strategist and CEO of The Transformation Network. 

First Lady Miriam Dicks serves The Mount Zion Church with a contagious zeal that can be seen and felt, operating in her gifts of church operations and administration. Along with her role as a wife and mother of three, she leads women's outreach ministry (Transformed Women) and is the Owner and Managing Director of 180 Management Group, a management consulting firm.
